This policy outlines how long we retain different types of data and the reasons for retention.

• Active Accounts: Retained while your account is active
• Inactive Accounts: Retained for 2 years after last activity
• Deleted Accounts: Permanently deleted within 30 days of deletion request

3. Analytics Data

• Page Views: Retained for 12 months
• Session Data: Retained for 12 months
• Aggregated Statistics: Retained indefinitely (anonymized)

4. Form Submissions

• Beta Sign-ups: Retained until beta program completion or account deletion
• Contact Requests: Retained for 24 months

5. Legal Obligations

We may retain certain data for longer periods if required by law or to resolve disputes.
